Marine Structural Design Draughtsmen
Experienced Marine Structural Design Draughtsmen are often in short supply in South Africa. We welcome submissions from suitably qualified individuals for future consideration.
Requirements
- Experience with Classification Society rule-based ship design
- Strong 2D detailing for fabrication
- Knowledge of structural design and strength of materials
- Relevant technical qualification (technician level or similar)
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 2D fabrication drawings
- Prepare drawings for Class approval and construction
- Contribute to structural design processes
